I have seen a few here and there but not like the .40 cal. I have issues with the 380cal for my girls gun. I am fixing to start buying the .45 when I see it so that it will force me to get my 3inch .45. Do you have any recomendations for self defense rounds for the 45?

Yes I do! Winchester PDX1, by far the best round I have seen in years. After that, Golden sabers, Powerball, and of course the old standby, Hydroshocks.
