4lb Striker Spring
Titanium Safety Plunger
20lb Recoil Spring with Tungstun Guide Rod

or a OWB Black Leather, Mini Slide that holds my weapon High on my hip

Other Gear
Sure Fire Flash Light
Rex Applegate Combat Folder

Super happy with this set up. To each their own. But I believe you need to trust what you have and be comfortable enough to never be naked. (No Gun Naked)

Great setup you have there, Citation.

I find myself mostly carrying my G27, but the G23 remains my favorite.
The G27 doesn't really conceal that much better than my G23, especially with the Pearce +1 on the 27's magazine...

Carry Ammunition: 165gr. Winchester Ranger Talon (RA40TA)
TruGlo TFO's on the G27
AmeriGlo's Ghost Ring NS on the G23
Chrome Slide Covers on both.
SS Recoil Spring Assemblies - both.
40-9 Lone Wolf (blind marked) Conversion Barrel - can be used with both, but mostly in the G23.
T.R. Grahams Match Grade Slide Lock (slightly extended) - both.

It's true that the Glock isn't the most visually appealing of firearms, but they always do go "bang."

I am The 1st!!! Empty Mistake

Post  Citation Thu Apr 01, 2010 1:35 am

Sorry the above was me making a mistake.

(I was thinking about getting a G27 but after adding the extension the grip is the same length as the G23. I will probably get one in the future any way though then add some light mods like sights and guide rod and call it perfect. I do like options lol)

I have thought about getting a Glock, they have a lot of good mods out for them now, I am just hung up on which one to get when the funds are available, and that is a really nice carry set up Citation, I can tell you worked on it!
